The Ultimate New Year Review

The Ultimate New Year Review

As we bring one year to a close, and start fresh with a New Year, it's important to take some time to reflect on the past twelve months. What have we accomplished? What were our highlights and lowlights? What did we learn?

Taking a good, hard look at our lives can be challenging, but it's also incredibly powerful, and worth the few minutes it takes to go through the process- because it truly allows us to see where we've been and where we want to go with a more clear picture. It gives us perspective on our choices and helps us learn from our mistakes. And perhaps most importantly, it allows us to set realistic goals for the year ahead.

I do this with my coaching clients and it’s such a great way to bring in the New Year, I want to share it with you too.

3 Things To Declutter For The Holidays

3 Things To Declutter For The Holidays

With December comes the festive season. The holidays are a time for celebrating with the people we love most- from relaxing get-togethers with family to festive gatherings with close friends, this time of year is about spending quality time together and making happy memories.

However, as much fun as the holidays can be, they can also be a source of stress, overwhelm and anxiety. Since it’s a busy time of year, then it can feel a bit much to get everything done on your list- shopping for presents, organizing family members to make travel arrangements, and juggling work and social commitments, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

Today, I’m going to share 3 things to declutter this December to help focus on what’s most important to you this holiday season.

Why My Clients Get Results

Why My Clients Get Results

There’s a LOT of diets out there, and I continue to get women reaching out to me every week that are looking for something that actually WORKS.

So if all those fad diets worked for everyone, then you wouldn’t need me- a Holistic Nutrition Coach to help you lose weight, have more energy and get rid of your health complaints.
But unfortunately, many or maybe even most of those fad diets either don’t work at all, or don’t work for your life long term.

Your Wellness Non-Negotiables

Your Wellness Non-Negotiables

It’s true in many areas of life, and so one way to make sure your health goals are achievable is to make sure you have a plan -- you have to know what your destination is to know what path will get you there.

For myself, and when helping my clients, I find it helpful to have some non-negotiables built into our wellness goals when mapping out plans. These non-negotiables are the most important goals to focus on first. You can think of them like anchors, they are strong foundations to build upon. Over time you might have smaller things to add to your goals and plans, but these anchors stay in place. Hence.. non-negotiable.

So what does this look like? Here are some tips to help you create a no-fail blueprint for living an active life with better choices to get you off to a solid start and keep you on track.
