Winter Salad With Cranberry Balsamic Dressing Recipe

We know salads are usually healthy for us. But do you just think about salads in the Summer? Here’s a healthy winter salad recipe I think you will love!

This yummy salad is easy, yummy and healthy!


Salad Ingredients:

  • Leafy Greens of your choice

  • Chopped Pear

  • Sliced Red Onion

  • Pomegranate Seeds

  • Candied Pecans

Homemade Cranberry Balsamic Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp fresh cranberry sauce

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Starting with leafy greens on a plate, pile remaining ingredients to make a hearty salad

  2. Combine ingredients of dressing in bowl, whisk until smooth

  3. Drizzle dressing over salad

  4. Enjoy!
