As we are picking up the slack and transitioning back and forth between home and the office, it will be a lot for anyone to handle. This is why prioritizing mental health and being vigilant about keeping stress at bay is so important.

It is also important to test out your morning routine and reflect on how it makes you feel. Don’t be afraid to make changes and find what works best for you. Keep an open mind as it typically takes a few tweaks to get this right. It also might change based on the season and what is on your list for the day.
