Kale Chip Recipe

Due to many requests- here is my super simple Kale Chip recipe!! Its really easy, and you can customize however you like with different flavours. 

  1. Wash and pat dry kale leaves. Use 3-4 leaves to get started on your first batch. 
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 
  3. Rip off stem, and rip into smaller pieces, chip size. They will get a bit smaller once baked.

This is one of my favorite fall and winter recipes. It's cooked in the crock pot, so super easy to prepare, and makes the house smell yummy at the end of the day when you are starving. 

  • 1 Jar of Organic Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can of Black Beans with liquid
  • 1 Can of Pinto Beans or Kidney Beans with liquid
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced small
  • 1/2 Red Pepper diced small

One of my favorite summer snacks is guacamole, actually its great year round, but when you have a last minute BBQ to attend, taking a bowl of guacamole will be a hit!

It's quick, it's easy, and you can customize as you like.

2-3 soft avocados

1/2 diced red onion

This yummy bean burger recipe is quick and easy to make. I often make a double batch and have them on hand for a quick meal, or in the summer time to have a healthy last minute plan for a BBQ. They keep well in the freezer, and are quick to make. I hope you like it!
