Creamy Roasted Garlic Tuscan White Bean Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Cans White Beans
1 Onion, diced
2 Cups Carrots, chopped
2 Cups Celery, chopped
8 oz Mushrooms
1 Cup Kale, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
6 Cups Vegetable Stock
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 Bay Leaves
Directions:
Add all ingredients to slow-cooker.
Cook on high for 4-6 hours or cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serve and Enjoy!
