Tuscan White Bean Soup Recipe

This easy-to-make recipe has creamy cannellini beans, aromatic herbs, and a hint of garlic that will transport your taste buds straight to Tuscany!

Creamy Roasted Garlic Tuscan White Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cans White Beans

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 2 Cups Carrots, chopped

  • 2 Cups Celery, chopped

  • 8 oz Mushrooms

  • 1 Cup Kale, chopped

  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

  • 6 Cups Vegetable Stock

  • 1 Tablespoon Oregano

  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

  • 2 Bay Leaves

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to slow-cooker.

  2. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or cook on low for 8-10 hours.

  3. Serve and Enjoy!
