Bruschetta Stuffed Avocado boats Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado

  • 8 Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1/3 Cup Diced Red Onions

  • Splash of Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions:

  1. Slice avocado and remove pit

  2. Dice tomato and union. Mis in bowl, splash with balsamic vinegar to coat.

  3. Add dried herbs and stir together.

  4. Allow bruschetta to sit and marinate for 15 minutes.

  5. Spoon bruschetta onto avocado.

Tweak the recipe depending on how many avocados you have, or how many people you are serving.
