Roasted Rosemary-Thyme Brussels Sprouts Recipe

A Flavorful Side Dish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1.5 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Rosemary

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Thyme

  • Black Pepper to Taste

Directions:

1) Slice Brussels sprouts in half and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

2) Create a mixture of olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, and black pepper. Mix well.

3) Toss Brussels sprouts with the oil mixture and spread them onto a baking sheet.

4) Bake at 400°F/204°C for 20-25 minutes or until crisp. Flip half way through.
