Ingredients:
2 Bosc Pears
2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions:
Slice pears in half and scoop out.
Add all ingredients.
Wisk maple syrup and vanilla together. Drizzle pears with syrup mixture. Fill scooped area with chopped walnuts. Sprinkle with cinnamon & nutmeg.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
