Quick & Healthy Portobello Mushroom Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Portobello Mushroom Caps
1.5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Cheese of Choice (Dairy-Free Works, Too!)
1-3 Pizza Toppings of Choice
4 Fresh Basil Leaves
Instructions:
Destem mushrooms and wash off any dirt with a damp cloth.
Mix oil, garlic, and oregano in a small bowl. Spoon olive oil mixture on mushroom caps and spread evenly.
Add pizza sauce, cheese of choice, and toppings of choice.
Bake at 450°F/232°C for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
