Portobello Pizza Recipe

Quick & Healthy Portobello Mushroom Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Portobello Mushroom Caps

  • 1.5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Cheese of Choice (Dairy-Free Works, Too!)

  • 1-3 Pizza Toppings of Choice

  • 4 Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions:

  1. Destem mushrooms and wash off any dirt with a damp cloth.

  2. Mix oil, garlic, and oregano in a small bowl. Spoon olive oil mixture on mushroom caps and spread evenly.

  3. Add pizza sauce, cheese of choice, and toppings of choice.

  4. Bake at 450°F/232°C for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
