Breakfast Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter

  • 1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

  • 2 Bananas, Ripe

  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Allspice

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  • 1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

  • 3/4 Cup Raisins

  • 2 Cup Quick Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds

Directions:

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pre-heat oven to 350-degree Foren height/176-degree Celsius.

  2. Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, allspice, cinnamon, cacao powder and mashed bananas in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add the oats, raisins and nuts. Stir everything together until every ingredient is combined. Scoop palm-sized cookies on a baking sheet and press gently.

  4. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes. Add 2 minutes for a crispier texture. Allow cookies to cool on a rack.
