Breakfast Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
2 Bananas, Ripe
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder
3/4 Cup Raisins
2 Cup Quick Oats
1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds
Directions:
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pre-heat oven to 350-degree Foren height/176-degree Celsius.
Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, allspice, cinnamon, cacao powder and mashed bananas in a mixing bowl.
Add the oats, raisins and nuts. Stir everything together until every ingredient is combined. Scoop palm-sized cookies on a baking sheet and press gently.
Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes. Add 2 minutes for a crispier texture. Allow cookies to cool on a rack.
