Metabolism is the process by which your body converts food into energy that fuels your body.  The rate at which these processes occur depends on many factors, from age to genetics to lifestyle and diet. 

A faster metabolism means you burn more calories at rest, helping you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. On the other hand, a slower metabolism means your body burns fewer calories, which can lead to weight gain and other health problems over time.

While many factors affect metabolism, and you can’t control all of these factors- there are a few key things you can do to support your metabolism and boost your metabolic rate. Incorporating certain daily habits into your routine can help boost your metabolism, improve your overall health, and increase your energy levels.
