Mulled Tea Recipe

A hot cup of tea on a cold winter day is on the top of my list. And getting a bit creative is always fun. In this blog, I have a healthy and easy mulled tea recipe for you to try.

With the delicious combination of Cinnamon, Ginger, Orange, Apple and Cloves- it will smell as good as it tastes!

This tea recipe is perfect to serve to guests, drink during the holidays or save for yourself while reading a good book on a cold winter day.

Ingredients:

  • 16oz water

  • 1 Cinnamon stick

  • ½ Cranberries

  • ½ Orange

  • 2 Apple slices

  • 5 Cloves

  • 2 Start Anise

  • ⅛ teaspoon Minced Ginger

  • 2 Black tea bag

How to prepare:

  1. Pour 16 ounces of water into a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients, minus the tea bags and bring to a boil. 

  2. After boiling for approximately 5 minutes, remove from heat and add tea bags. Cover with a lid and let steep for 5 more minutes. 

  3. Stain ingredients, pour into your favorite mug and enjoy. Add fresh toppings for added flavors.
