Why Should Juicing Be Part of Your Day?
The main reason? Because neither you, nor I, nor most other people eat enough veggies each day.
Juicing is the best way to get more fruits and vegetables into your diet.
More fruits + veggies = More nutrients and better health
MOST of us do not eat near enough green stuff. Juicing allows you to intake a large amount of nutrients in a rather small package. In terms of volume, you would have to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, in one sitting, to make up for the same amount of nutrients you can drink in a single glass.
Lets be honest, todays' hectic lifestyle, makes it challenging to prepare nutritious meals regularly. With juicing, you get the most bang for your buck. The most amount of nutritious intake for the least amount of your time and effort.
But what do we need those extra nutrients for? Everything. Extra nutrients helps with energy levels, weight management, digestive concerns, hormone levels, and many other health concerns.
How does this work? Well, it's easy. Fruits and veggies are some of the most nutrient dense foods; they are loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These nutrients are what your body and your cells need to stay healthy and regenerate. When you juice them, (leaving the pulp for now- although there are lots of other uses) you are getting the most out of your fruits and veggies.
Myth- doesn't veggie juice taste horrible?
Well.. it can, but it doesn't have to if you know what you are doing. (That's what I am here to help you with!)
When you have tummy troubles, or slow digestion; food in liquid form is very easy on your digestive tract. The nutrients are easily and naturally absorbed, with very little stress on your body during the digestive process.
Juicing is an important addition to eating healthy. It is a great way to include more and different fruits and vegetables into your daily life, and it's an easy step that you can take to improve your health.
