Watermelon Lime Agua Fresca Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2-3 limes)

  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup

  • Ice cubes

  • Lime slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place the watermelon cubes in a blender. Add the cold water and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the watermelon blend through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.

  3. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the pitcher. Stir in the agave syrup.

  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon lime agua fresca over the ice. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves if desired.
