Refreshing Summer Berry Yogurt Bark Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt (vegan yogurt works, too)
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup granola (optional)
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the yogurt with maple syrup in a bowl.
Pour the yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness using a spatula.
Sprinkle the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and granola evenly over the yogurt.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until the yogurt is firm and fully frozen.
Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer and break it into pieces.
