Yummy, Easy Guacamole Recipe

Perfect recipe for a summer BBQ! 

One of my favorite summer snacks is guacamole, actually it's great year round, but when you have a last minute BBQ to attend, taking a bowl of guacamole is always a hit!

It's quick, it's easy, and you can customize it as you like.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 soft avocados
  • 1/2 diced red onion
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • dash of sea salt
  • pepper to taste
  • squeeze of lemon

Directions

Mash up the avocados, toss in the other ingredients and give it a try.  There are tons of ways to customize this- you can add cumin, cilantro or curry powder to spice it up. You can add diced tomatoes and even small amount of diced jalapeños.
