Each recipe below is to be mixed in a 10 ml roller bottle. You can add more or less depending on your preferences and what you have on hand.
Headache Blend
10 drops Peppermint
10 drops Lavender
5 drops Frankincense
Mix these oils with a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil into your roller bottle, give it a shake and apply to the back of your neck or temples for relief.
Invigorating Blend
10 drops Eucalyptus
10 drops Rosemary
10 drops Lemon
Mix these oils with a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil into your roller bottle, give it a shake and apply to your shoulders or chest for an instant pick me up!
Sleep Blend
10 drops Lavender
5 drops Vetiver
OR
10 drops doTERRA Serenity (specially formulated for a restful sleep)
Mix these oils with a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil into your roller bottle, give it a shake and apply to the back of your neck and the bottom of your feet before bed for sweet dreams tonight.
Immune Blend
10 drops On Guard
10 drops Lemon
Mix these oils with a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil into your roller bottle, give it a shake and apply to the bottom of your feet before bed, or onto your hands throughout the day.
Tummy Tamer Blend
5 drops Peppermint
5 drops Ginger
5 drops Lavender
OR
10 Drops doTERRA Digestzen (specially formulated for tummy troubles)
Mix these oils with a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil into your roller bottle, give it a shake and apply in clockwise circles around your naval a couple times per day.
