The EASIEST & Delicious Traditional Hummus Recipe
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained & rinsed
⅓ cup tahini
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
Directions:
Add all ingredients except olive oil and paprika into a food processor or blender.
Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary.
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of paprika, if desired.
Tip: Don’t like sesame? Use an avocado in place of the tahini, and olive oil in place of the sesame oil.
