Vegan Strawberry Kiwi Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries

  • 1 Can Coconut Milk

  • 1 Kiwi, Diced

  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice

Directions:

  1. Slice Strawberries

  2. Combine Strawberries, Coconut Milk, Maple Syrup and Lime Juice in the Blender

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Fill your popsicle molds with your blended liquid.

  5. Place diced kiwi chunks inside each popsicle molds after filling with liquid.

  6. Top popsicle with toppers and stick before placing in freezer.

  7. Freeze overnight
