Ingredients:
3 cups steel cut oats
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp brown sugar (if needed)
1 tsp allspice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup blackstrap molasses
1/2 cup walnuts
9 cups water
Directions:
Grease slow cooker with coconut oil or olive oil
Combine ingredients(except water) in slow cooker and stir
Add water, stir
Set slow cooker on high and cook for 3 hours.
Stir periodically
Optional ideas to sprinkle on top
Cinnamon
Maple syrup
Walnuts
