My name is Gaylene Gomez and I help women have more energy and lose unwanted weight by nourishing their body with the power of food, simple lifestyle changes and choices so they can feel strong, healthy, sexy and vibrant.

Using holistic approaches I work with my clients in prioritizing their four pillars of health: Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep and Mindset so they can create balance and feel supported by a strong foundation.

How to plan and achieve your wellness goals!

There is space to record your start date, weight and body measurements when you begin your health journey. You can set your wellness goals for nutrition, exercise, sleep and mindset. By setting goals, you will know why you started this journey, what direction to go and keep yourself motivated.

When goal-setting, make sure you choose goals that are realistic and achievable but require you to step out of your comfort zone. Choosing SMART goals you're more likely to succeed. 

S.M.A.R.T goal setting guidelines:

  • Specific. Describe your goal in detail.

  • Measurable. How will you know when you reached your goal?

  • Achievable. Don't set unrealistic goals. What steps can you take to reach your goals? Break it down into smaller steps.

  • Realistic. Do you have the right commitment and resources?

  • Timely: Set a start and finish date to stay motivated.
