Eating with a group of friends sounds stressful.
And when it comes time to eat, you feel frustrated trying to find something that 'doesn't bother your tummy?'

I used live every day like this as well.  BUT, now I have a range of simple tools and techniques that work, and work fast to stop that bloat and improve energy levels in a snap.    

Every day you are faced with:

  • Your pants being a bit too tight more often than not

  • Constantly dragging yourself out of bed in the morning lacking energy to move

  • Needing to always be close to a bathroom (or know where they are!)

  • Surviving on caffeine and sugar to fuel your body

  • Or worrying about road trips, holidays, dinner dates with friends or weekends away because you feel more comfortable with your own kitchen, meals and food. 

(it sucks, and it's not your fault-  I know!)

The good news is, I have found a way to change all of that. Now, I go out, feel energetic, enjoy dinners and road trips and I have a stash of natural products that help me when I run into trouble. NOT a bottle of pink goo anymore.

I used to carry around pepto bismal and always find out exactly where the bathroom was before I needed it (just in case!). I've come a LONG way since then. Now, I share my knowledge and experience with other women so they don't have to suffer. ✨Manage your mindset and stress levels- because when you take care of our mental and emotional health, the first 3 come SO much easier.

It’s ALL connected. And THIS is what I work on with my clients.

how it all started for me…

My personal interest in health goes back to my years as a very active teenager, involved in a variety of team sports. I spent lots of time training, or on the road; and not eating or sleeping very regularly. A few injuries led me to my first career as a Registered Massage Therapist.

My desire to help others was clear from a very young age, so massage was a great fit for me. This led me on a path of helping others and finding myself.  As I grew in my career, so did my interest in overall health and wellbeing.

As a child, dinner time was often meat, potatoes and a vegetable, and even though this was a rather healthy dinner, it didn't last as I moved away from home and had to fend for myself. I started to travel and have more and more tummy problems.  

I eventually connected all the dots, most of my ailments are tied to my diet. This is when it became clear that I needed a new nutritional approach. My own quest to improve my health and wellbeing put me on a path where I studied Holistic Nutrition. It has helped me find options that have worked for me and have improved my health dramatically. 

Now, I spend my time helping other women who are suffering with tummy troubles, as it doesn't need to be that way! I guide women towards better health through natural alternatives, and healthy eating.
