What is Nourish?
N- Nutrition To lose weight and have more energy, we need to make sure you are getting all the nutrients you need AND absorbing them and making use of them. Nutrition is the foundation of the Nourish Method.
O- Oils Essential oils are one of the easiest ways to feel better fast. I'll teach you how to include them in your everyday life to reduce toxins, boost energy and soothe your every day health complaints.
U- Understand your body One of the most important things you can do for your health is to understand your body. Your symptoms are trying to tell you something, do you know what that is? We will find out!
R- Real food I don't believe in fad diets. I believe in nourishing your body with REAL food. Don't worry, I'll teach you how to get off the diets and find your own healthy eating program that works for you.
I- Inflammation Inflammation is a major cause of disease. If you are struggling with tummy troubles, weight gain, bloating, and low energy, then we NEED to address this.
S- Step by step The Nourish Method will take you step by step to help you lose weight and get your energy back. It won’t be hard, or confusing, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
H- Holistic Holistic means 'taking a full body approach'. The Nourish Method will help you lose weight and get more energy with a holistic approach. It’s all connected! And so we’ll be including sleep, nutrition, stress, exercise and more.

Is this an online program? Yes! This program and our time together is online, so you can live anywhere to work with me. You just have to have a computer and internet access.
How much time does this take, I'm busy! The steps are easy. You will need to commit to 1 hour call every 2 weeks. Also, you will have some reading and of course cooking, which you do in your own time.
Do I have to shop at a health food store? I may recommend a specific food, tea, essential oil that you can buy online, but they will not be required for the program. If your regular grocery store has a nice healthy section, that will be great!
Is there payment plans? Yes. Ask about payment plans during your free call.
